I use a combination of massage techniques and approaches. The pressure with any massage treatment will be adjusted to suit you, so I work with your body, not against it.

Relaxing Therapeutic Massage

Swedish massage is the most common and widely used massage technique, it focuses on the upper muscle layers to effectively relieve stress and muscle tension, leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I use a variety of techniques including stroking, kneading, compression and long flowing movements over the body. These work together to relieve muscular tension, soreness and stiffness as well as promoting good blood and lymph circulation.

DEEP TISSUE / REMEDIAL MASSAGE

Deep tissue massage focuses on realigning the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue or fascia. I use a range of techniques including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, stretching and deep tissue work. The treatment is much slower and deeper than a classic Swedish massage. The benefits are many including, alleviating aches and pains, help with loss of mobility/flexibility and can address chronic pain issues and increase range of movement of specific joints.

Hot Stone Massage Fusion

Hot stone massage fusion is a combination of relaxing traditional massage combined with warming basalt stones.  The stones glide across the body, penetrating heat deeply into the muscle tissue, encouraging muscular relaxation.

Face &  Scalp including Upper Body

Indian head massage is based on the Ayurvedic system of healing that has been practised for thousands of years. A range of movements and techniques including deep kneading and compression over the neck, shoulders and scalp are performed, gentle strokes are used to stimulate the acupressure points on the face. It is a therapy that is especially good for relieving stress, tension and migraines.
