I am a fully qualified holistic massage therapist with 25 years' experience. I completed my training as a massage/beauty therapist in London and ran a successful mobile therapy business in Chelsea and Surrey. After moving to Sheringham Norfolk I continued to expand my skills and anatomy knowledge with additional training in advanced deep tissue techniques, myofasial release and trigger point therapy. In a constantly evolving industry, my approach has remained the same - to provide treatments that are personally tailored to the individual client's needs with a desire to achieve the best possible outcomes for them.
